Location: Reading, Pennsylvania

Scope of Work: This project included design and construction of a new 45,000 sq. ft. addition and extensive renovations to the existing 75,000 sq. ft. structure. The existing historic building, built in 1908, had undergone its last major renovation in 1928, therefore, in order to meet current standards, all life safety, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and HVAC systems were removed and replaced. Construction phasing was planned by Muhlenberg/Greene in order to keep all departments of City Government in operation throughout the construction.
