Location: Reading, Pennsylvania

Scope of Work: The project consisted of renovation and designing a new facade for the existing 1960's structure. The new facade contains street-level storefront rental units and a new elevator behind a continuous glass wall. Also involved in the project was the re-surfacing of the existing deck.
