Location: Boyertown, Pennsylvania

Scope of Work: Muhlenberg /Greene Architects, Ltd. and Hollenbach Construction Inc. of Boyertown teamed together on a Design / Build project approach to the 2-story, 17,500 square foot, expansion of Drug Plastics & Glass Company’s corporate offices. The office expansion required the demolition of existing warehouse space and connected at a right angle to the existing 2-story, wood frame office structure. Renovations to the existing offices were also included in the project.

The addition provided a combination of private offices for managers, directors, and vice-presidents, and open office areas for multiple work station arrangements. The new construction also provided an accessible entrance, ADA compliant toilet rooms, and an elevator to the facility. Included in the design of the addition were conference rooms and a 2,400 square foot multi-purpose room.
